Planner-grade wedding operations for couples

A calm command center for the whole wedding.

Mira turns guests, contracts, payments, RSVPs, timelines, and public links into one polished operations layer that still feels warm enough for the day itself.

Planning workspace

Everything operational, nothing scattered.

The private workspace handles the serious planning work while guest links and public websites publish only the details people need.

Set up onceReview as a teamPublish only what's ready

Run the workspace

Shared dashboards, assignments, comments, and activity keep the couple, planner, and family aligned on what needs to happen next.

Track every RSVP

Households, plus-ones, meal choices, addresses, tags, notes, invite delivery, and RSVP state live in one polished table.

Control vendor chaos

Track contracts, payments, contacts, deadlines, quotes, booking links, and uploaded documents without digging through email.

Publish guest utilities

Curated websites, private RSVP links, travel details, registry links, song voting, and publish snapshots are built in.

Build the day-of packet

Milestones, reminders, timeline views, arrival windows, and exportable packets keep the wedding week gentle and clear.

Invite song requests and votes

Share a Spotify-backed page where guests request songs and vote favorites up or down, then moderate and export the ranked queue for the DJ.

Guest song voting

Let guests shape the dance floor—without giving up control.

Share one simple web link where guests can search Spotify, add a song, and vote on the queue. You decide what makes the cut, so the dance floor feels collaborative without becoming chaotic.

Communications

Follow up without leaving the guest list.

Follow up directly from the guest rows that need attention, so reminders stay tied to RSVP and delivery state instead of a separate contact list.

Day-of timeline

A run sheet vendors and helpers can follow.

Questions

Before you switch off spreadsheets.

A few positioning questions couples ask before starting a workspace.

Is Mira another wedding website builder?

No. The website is one published surface backed by a full operations workspace: guests, vendors, payments, and a day-of timeline.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests can use simple web links for RSVP, travel, music, and thank-you flows. The optional Mira Weddings iPhone and iPad app adds a live day-of timeline, seating, messages, shared photos, and push updates.

What happens to our data if we stop planning?

Your workspace stays as you left it. Nothing is deleted for going inactive, and exports are available whenever you need them.
